Recognize the problem

Three signals that the current approach is costing clarity.

01

You know what you want to ask, but a literal translation breaks the rhythm.

02

The other person gives a vague answer and you need to clarify without sounding like an interrogation.

03

The call ends with general interest but no owner, date or clear conditions for the next step.

Practical outcome

Practise a conversation that helps you understand and summarize the need, identify what is missing and agree on a relevant action. The next step may be a review, a pause or a decision not to continue; no sale is promised.

What is included

The working pieces, connected.

One hundred expressions across ten phases, with a functional meaning, usage note, emphasis focus, example and possible response.
Three distinct complete dialogues and questions with answers. A developed case involving a Latin American salesperson and a US CFO, with a written summary and adaptation exercise.
Fifty pronunciation, rhythm and contextual emphasis practices; exercises and model answers. A written oral-practice script with one hundred entries and three dialogues.
Filterable XLSX with practice, summary and checks; DOCX and PDF; quick start, commercial materials, licence, sources and QA.

Minimum scope

Phrasebook de 25–35 páginas, 100 expresiones, tres diálogos y scripts de audio.

Safe preview

Show the CFO dialogue and expression map by phase. Highlight how twelve estimated hours of work do not automatically become twelve hours of savings. All data is fictional.

The preview shows structure and a limited example; it does not expose the complete paid editable or delivery file.

Complete exampleTres diálogos completos distintos y preguntas con respuestas. Caso desarrollado de una vendedora latinoamericana y una directora financiera estadounidense, con resumen escrito y ejercicio de adaptación.

How it works

From context to a reviewable output.

  1. 1

    Define the context and decision.

  2. 2

    Complete the required inputs.

  3. 3

    Produce a first working version.

  4. 4

    Review, validate and adapt.

This is for

Professionals in sales, account management, sales leadership and entrepreneurship who already understand English, roughly between B1 and C1, and want to rehearse work calls.

This is not for

It is not a complete beginner course or a resource guaranteeing sales or certifying pronunciation. It requires practice, adaptation and human review.

Method and limits

Useful when judgment stays in the loop.

Methodology and author

Define the purpose, choose questions, listen, clarify, summarize and agree on a next step. Material by Julio Alonzo. Emphasis markings depend on context; examples do not represent real customers. Designed and signed by Julio Alonzo.

Requirements and limitations

Editable workbook The yellow cells in Practice are the inputs. Keep IDs and formulas. Progress is calculated across one hundred records, including those hidden by filters; an invalid input does not count as valid practice. The summary reflects your records and does not certify an English level or assess your voice. Use Reader to print the wide library. The PDF is a static copy of the reading and working views. Scope The examples are fictional and must be adapted. Check facts, permissions and authority before making commitments in a real conversation. Emphasis markings are contextual suggestions, not phonetic transcriptions or one mandatory intonation. The oral-practice script is text; no recorded audio or automatic pronunciation assessment is included. Read the included licence and QA report for the scope of technical tests. Interactive use in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets was not verified.
